The Challenge
The academy needed 12 additional classrooms to accommodate rising pupil numbers. The new block had to be fully operational for the September term, and construction could not disrupt the existing school during term time.
Our Solution
We designed a two-storey modular teaching block with 12 classrooms, staff offices, and accessible toilet facilities. The building was manufactured in our factory during the spring term and installed on prepared foundations during the six-week summer holiday.
The Results
The building was handed over one week before the September term started. All 12 classrooms were fully fitted and operational on the first day of term. The building achieved acoustic standards and rating.
