The hirer shall be liable for any damage to, or loss of, the hired building beyond fair wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be charged at prevailing rates.
Payment terms will be set out in individual quotations and contracts. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the rate prescribed under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
