The Challenge
The club needed a new pavilion to replace their aging 1960s brick building that no longer met requirements. The a sports funding body part-funded the project on condition of meeting their design specifications.
Our Solution
Vector Space Modular delivered a purpose-built pavilion featuring 4 team changing rooms, officials room, first aid room, accessible changing/toilet, social club area, kitchen, and covered spectator terrace. The building met all the funding body and FA specifications.
The Results
The new pavilion enabled the club to achieve FA Step 6 ground grading, unlocking higher league football. Community usage of the facility increased by 300% compared to the old building.
