Our off-site manufacturing approach allowed 85% of construction to occur in our controlled factory environment, dramatically reducing on-site disruption. Each building featured modern amenities including air conditioning, LED lighting, and high-speed data infrastructure, with external cladding and glazing that created an impressive corporate aesthetic. The modular design also incorporated future expansion capabilities, allowing additional floors to be added as demand grows.
