Our Solution
Vector Space Modular designed a striking three-building office complex comprising flexible open-plan offices, private meeting rooms, and shared facilities including a reception area and break-out spaces. Our off-site manufacturing approach allowed 85% of construction to occur in our controlled factory environment, dramatically reducing on-site disruption. Each building featured modern amenities including air conditioning, LED lighting, and high-speed data infrastructure, with external cladding and glazing that created an impressive corporate aesthetic. The modular design also incorporated future expansion capabilities, allowing additional floors to be added as demand grows.

The Results
The office complex was delivered in just 16 weeks, 8 weeks ahead of the client's original timeline, generating an additional £180,000 in rental income during those two months.
