A hyperscale data center operator needed a secondary support building for ops, security, welfare and meeting rooms next to a new data hall. It had to land on the live campus without disrupting fit-out.
We designed a single-storey modular building with security operations centre, 24-hour control room, breakout area, kitchen, accessible WCs and meeting suite. The structure was craned in over one weekend possession.

The support building was operational 10 weeks after order. The data hall fit-out remained on critical path without slip.
