A growing market town had outgrown its existing GP surgery. The primary care network needed a new GP surgery on a tight greenfield plot, ideally open within six months.
We delivered a permanent modular building with reception and waiting, eight consulting rooms, two treatment bays, phlebotomy, counselling room and staff facilities. Ventilation, lighting and finishes were specified to NHS primary-care guidance.

The surgery opened to patients 26 weeks after sign-off. List capacity grew by 4,500 patients in year one and satisfaction scores rose to the highest in the network.
