A busy NHS trust's outpatient department was at capacity, with waits for follow-up appointments stretching into months. The trust needed a new outpatient clinic adjacent to the main hospital.
We delivered a single-storey modular building with six consulting rooms, two treatment bays, reception, a quiet room and accessible waiting area — designed in line with current outpatient clinic good practice.

The clinic opened 18 weeks after sign-off. Outpatient throughput rose by 28% in the first quarter and follow-up wait times more than halved.
