Linked modular cabins forming a 220-person site office and welfare complex on a tight urban regeneration project.
A Tier-1 contractor needed 220-person site offices and welfare on a busy construction site with very limited footprint. The complex had to include meeting rooms, drying rooms, WCs, showers, canteen and induction room.
We built a 24-cabin linked complex on two storeys, including an enclosed central plant courtyard. Cabins were drawn from our hire fleet, fitted out with furniture and IT, and craned into position over a single weekend possession. Built using established prefabrication techniques.

The complex was operational 18 days after the order. The site team gained a full 12 weeks of programme over a brick-built alternative and the modular structure can be relocated to the next project.
