A community sports club had outgrown its 1960s timber pavilion. The replacement needed home/away changing rooms, accessible WCs, officials' room, kitchen and a clubhouse with a bar — on the club's tight grant budget.
We delivered a 460 m² pavilion in a single modular building shell. Home and away changing rooms each have showers and an accessible WC. The clubhouse social space doubles as a function room.

The pavilion was handed over 14 weeks after order. Bar revenue in the first season doubled the previous year, helping the club fund junior coaching.
