A logistics group needed a new HQ on its existing depot site without disrupting 24/7 operations. Modular construction was the only way to hit the target opening date without halting truck movements.
We designed a three-storey modular building with open-plan floors, focus rooms, town-hall space, fully fitted commercial kitchen and breakout deck. Off-site prefabrication meant 80% of construction happened in our factory in parallel with site groundworks.

The HQ opened 24 weeks after sign-off, more than a year faster than a traditional brick equivalent. Depot operations ran throughout.
